Québécois music a gogo : More Intrigantes

Some more songs by fine Québécois girl-group Les Intrigantes and thanks to Ion we can also enjoy their greatest hit,the 1967 French-language Beatle cover of "Hello goodbye".

    A couple of questions: Have you tried linking directly to the file (ie copying the link from the page this takes you to)? I did a test and it seems to work. I don't know what others prefer, but with all the blogs out there and not having a chance to visit each day, it's much easier if you don't have to navigate away (especially if you use flashgot or similar).

    Also, do these or the last few tracks come from compilations? I'd always like to know this (if you have time to include it when you're posting) as if there are good samples from the comp, I like to try to track them down.

    Hi Christine,I tried it again,and it seems to work now! Will give it a spin...
    As for the tracks,I only know that "rocket for girls" is on volume 5 of girls in the garage and "hello beethoven" is on greek garage bands of the 60's.

    Hey Bruno!
    I'm a bit late to the party and my gums hurt from trying to get the last few drops out of the keg. Anyway, I loved "Mets Chinois"! Great fingerpickin' and I smile everytime I hear that big bass drum being struck. I got "Hello Goodbye" off a limited edition CD called "Les Beatles En Francais 101." It features 22 Canadian artists from the 60s covering Beatles songs.
