French music a gogo : Nicole Paquin

Another requested re-post (time for some new posts me thinks!).Almost completely forgotten it seems,Nicole was one of the first French girls ever to sing rock 'n' roll.She made 2 ep's and presented "Salut les copines",later she became a journalist for Cinémonde.In 1966 she returned to the music-scene for one ep with the group "Les Minets". links are down

French-Québécois music a gogo : Trans-atlantic connection

The fact that Québécois artists covered a lot of French songs is already well known.This case is no exception but the outcome seems to have been.Renée Martel had a huge hit with this song in Québec where as Christine Nérac's French version seems to have not made a big impact (at least not until it appeared on the Pop! Pop! Pigalle compilation).

I'm back!

Been on holiday for a couple days and can you believe all I did was sleep?! Well,my dreams had the cooolest clubs and most beautiful,smart and stylish girls i've seen in a long time! :)
Ok,now I'm back,there will be some updates in the next couple of days.First off I've (finally) managed to update 2 minutes of bliss 2.And Schlocker will be up next!
