French-Québécois music a gogo : Trans-atlantic connection
The fact that Québécois artists covered a lot of French songs is already well known. This case is no exception but the outcome seems to have been.Renée Martel had a huge hit with this song in Québec where as Christine Nérac's French version seems to have not made a big impact (at least not until it appeared on the Pop! Pop! Pigalle compilation).
Check them both out and pick a favorite! (Big thanks to eiffel50!)
