Nice, a German version of Samba de verao. Right up there with her version of A Banda- the Germans must've liked her doing Brazilian numbers.

    France Gall = fab
France Gall auf Deutsche = Große fab

Great song! I was racking my brains to remember where else I've heard that covered, and it hit me that 90s lounge revivalists Combustible Edison also did a version, entitled 'Summer samba'. What goes around comes around!

There's dozens of version of that, Marcos Valle wrote it (and does a great version on Samba 68), Walter Wanderley's instrumental is probably the highest charting version in the US, Bebel Gilberto did it a few years back, etc.
